Todos los participantes deben estar en el lugar del torneo 30 minutos antes del inicio de
la primera ronda para confirmar la asistencia y formalizar la inscripción.

Trofeos: para los tres primeros clasificados de la Categ. General, Sub-8, Sub-10, Sub-12, Sub-14 y Premios especiales a las tres primeras participantes femeninas y los tres primeros clubes participantes para ello se contará la puntuación de los 5 primeros clasificados de cada Club.
Medalla para el resto de participantes.
