Los premios no son acumulables y se asignan por orden de mayor cuantía económica. A los premios de tramo de ELO aspiran todos los jugadores con ELO inferior al indicado, incluso los de tramos inferiores. A efectos de premios por tramos de ELO se mirará el FIDE Blitz, o en su defecto Fide Standard.

Todos los premios se repartirán por estricto orden de clasificación, se abonarán por transferencia bancaria, previa retención de IRPF (15% para residentes en España, 25% para no residentes)

Los premios caducarán por falta de firma del justificante correctamente rellenado a los 15 días naturales.

Los jugadores con nacionalidad distinta a la española deberán aportar copia del NIE o del Pasaporte para poder cobrar los premios.

DESEMPATES:
Los empates a puntos en la clasificación final se resolverán aplicando los siguientes sistemas de desempate recomendados por la FIDE:
a. Enfrentamiento directo
b. APRO. Performance media de los rivales
c. Buchholz mediano
d. ARO. Valoración media de los rivales
e. Mayor número de partidas ganadas
f. Número de partidas jugadas con piezas negras

DISPOSITIVOS ELECTRÓNICOS:
Con respecto a los dispositivos electrónicos de comunicación, se prohíbe a los jugadores la tenencia de tales aparatos, salvo autorización expresa del árbitro principal, fundada en lo previsto en el Artículo 12.2.f de las Leyes del Ajedrez o razón análoga. Si media autorización arbitral, el dispositivo deberá estar apagado y en un bolso controlado por él.

The prizes are not cumulative and are awarded in order of highest prize money. The ELO bracket prizes are open to all players with an ELO lower than that indicated, even those in lower brackets. For the purposes of ELO bracket prizes, the FIDE Blitz, or otherwise FIDE Standard, will be taken into account.

All prizes will be distributed in strict order of classification, and will be paid by bank transfer, after deduction of IRPF (15% for residents in Spain, 25% for non-residents).

Prizes will be forfeited in case of lack of signature of the justification.

Players with a nationality other than Spanish must provide a copy of their NIE or Passport in order to collect the prizes.

TIES:
Ties on points in the final classification will be resolved by applying the following tie-breaking systems recommended by FIDE:
a. Direct confrontation
b. APRO. Average performance rating of the opponents
c. Medium Buchholz
d. ARO. Average rating of opponents
e. Highest number of games won
f. Number of games played with black pieces

ELECTRONIC DEVICES:
With regard to electronic communication devices, players are prohibited from possessing such devices, unless expressly authorised by the chief arbiter, based on the provisions of Article 12.2.f of the Laws of Chess or similar reason. If authorised by the arbiter, the device must be switched off and in a bag controlled by the arbiter.
