Se pueden solicitar hasta 3 byes de ½ punto, excepto las dos últimas rondas. Los byes para la ronda 1 deberán comunicarse al árbitro por e-mail:irtnavidadalzira@gmail.com hasta el 24 de diciembre. Las otras rondas lo pueden solicitar en la sala de juego directamente al árbitro.

Las decisiones arbitrales serán inapelables.
Los participantes autorizan la publicación, por parte de la organización, de sus datos a efectos de publicación de resultados y publicidad del torneo en las webs oficiales, esto incluye también las fotografías o videos que pudiera hacer la organización. No se permitirá la realización de fotografías o videos sin la autorización del árbitro.
La participación en el torneo implica la total aceptación de estas bases.
