2. PARTICIPACIÓN

Para poder participar en la competición, todos los jugadores deben estar alojados en el hotel Meliá Benidorm y deberán hacer la reserva obligatoriamente por el link de la web www.benidormchess.com. En caso de tener dudas o problemas contacte con la organización. Si la reserva en el hotel se hace por otro canal, la organización no inscribirá al jugador en la lista de participantes y se le devolverá el precio de la inscripción corriendo el participante con los gastos de gestión y financieros ocasionados.

La excepción a esta regla es para todos los jugadores federados en FACV y residentes de la Comunidad Valenciana. Aun así, la organización se reserva el derecho de admisión. 5. REGLA ESPECIAL SOBRE ACUERDO DE TABLAS

No se podrán acordar tablas sin el consentimiento del árbitro, hasta haber completado ambos jugadores un número igual o superior a treinta jugadas (30 jugadas). El árbitro principal otorgará este consentimiento con carácter excepcional. (REGLA SOFIA)

9. BYES

Se podrán solicitar un máximo de 4 byes de medio punto (de cero si el jugador lo desea), hasta la ronda 7ª.

Los byes deberán solicitarse exclusivamente al árbitro principal, por escrito firmados por el jugador, en la sala de juego mediante el impreso confeccionado por la organización (se prohíbe expresamente whatsapp, verbal, teléfono u otro medio). Se podrán solicitar durante las dos primeras horas de juego de cada ronda. El árbitro puede prolongar este plazo.

Los BYEs para las rondas 1 y 2 se deberán solicitar a través de la web hasta el 23 de octubre. Estos BYEs serán válidos únicamente si recibe contestación afirmativa del árbitro.

2. PARTICIPATION

In order to participate in the competition, all players must be staying at the Meliá Benidorm Hotel and must make the reservation through the web link: www.benidormchess.com. If you have questions or problems, contact the organization.

If the hotel booking is made through another channel, the organization will not register the player in the list of participants and the price of the registration will be returned to the participant with the management and financial expenses incurred.

5. SPECIAL RULE ON DRAW AGREEMENT

No draw may be agreed without the consent of the referee until both players have completed a number equal to or greater than 30 plays. The Chief Arbiter shall grant this approval on an exceptional case basis (SOFIA RULE).

9. BYES

A maximum of 4 half-point byes (zero if the player wishes) may be requested up to Round 7.

The byes must be requested exclusively to the main referee, in writing signed by the player, in the game room using the form prepared by the organization (whatsapp, verbal, telephone or other means is expressly prohibited). They may be requested during the first two hours of play of each Round. The referee may extend this period.

BYEs for Rounds 1 and 2 must be requested through the website until October 23. These BYEs will be valid only if they receive an affirmative answer from the referee.
