I OPEN INTERNACIONAL DE AJEDREZ CAP NEGRET

ORGANIZACIÓN:
La entidad organizadora es la Asociación de Ajedrez Social y Terapéutico de la Comunidad Valenciana, con la colaboración del Hotel Cap Negret.

SISTEMA Y CALENDARIO DE JUEGO:

Los participantes se dividirán en dos grupos:

A: Mayores de 50 años. Nacidos en 1973 o años anteriores.

B: Mayores de 65 años. Nacidos en 1958 o años anteriores.

Los participantes se asignarán al grupo que corresponda según su fecha de nacimiento.

Ambos torneos se jugarán en la misma sede y horarios.
Sistema Suizo a 8 rondas.
El ritmo de juego será la siguiente: 90 minutos por jugador para toda la partida, a caída de bandera, con un incremento de 30 segundos por jugada desde el primer movimiento.

La tolerancia para llegar con retraso a una partida son 15 minutos.

Días de juego: DEL 12 DE NOVIEMBRE AL 18 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2023.

Acreditación de participantes, hasta el 12-11-2023 las 12:00 h.

18-11-2023: Clausura y Entrega de Premios, a las 14 horas aproximadamente.

El máximo de “Byes” que pueden pedir son 3. Se podrá solicitar “Bye” de medio punto en las primeras 5 rondas, posteriormente se puede solicitar un NO emparejamiento de 0 puntos.
El Bye de primera ronda se solicitará por correo a info@opencapnegret.com, con posterioridad tan solo podrán solicitarse en la sala de juego al árbitro principal.

PARTICIPACIÓN:

Podrá participar en el torneo cualquier deportista con licencia española y jugadores de otros países con código FIDE que cumpla los requisitos de edad establecidos.
INSCRIPCIONES Y PLAZOS:

La cuota de participación para alojado en el hotel se fija en 50 €.

La cuota de participación para los NO alojadores en el hotel se fija en 75 €.

El plazo ordinario de inscripción será hasta el día 6 de NOVIEMBRE de 2023

A los premios Sub-1900 optan también los jugadores de menos de 1800, 1700, 1600, sin Elo y así sucesivamente. (tramos abiertos)

(*) A efectos del cálculo Buchholz se empleará el oponente virtual en partidas no jugadas.

Para la confección del listado inicial así como para los premios se tomará en cuenta el listado de ELO FIDE STANDARD de noviembre de 2023.

Una incomparecencia supondrá la eliminación del torneo a no ser que esta incomparecencia esté debidamente justificada. si la incomparecencia se produce en la última ronda el jugador o jugadora no optará a ningún premio.

Estarán prohibidos los dispositivos electrónicos no aprobados específicamente por el árbitro en la sala de juego. Se permitirá su tenencia en la sala de juego siempre que esté apagado en todo momento y en una bolsa que deberá permanecer en la sala de juego, aunque el jugador se ausente. Un móvil que emita un sonido, pitido, alarma, se use o esté encendido implicará la pérdida de la partida.

El equipo arbitral no se hará cargo de guardar teléfonos móviles.

En la sala de juego no esta permitido fumar (ni vapear), ni consumir alimentos, ni tener bebidas que no dispongan de tapón para evitar derrames. En todo el recinto del hotel también está prohibición de fumar.

Los participantes no podrán abandonar la sala de juego sin el consentimiento del árbitro.

Será necesario estar en la entrega de premios para poder optar a ellos.

Los participantes del torneo, acompañantes y tutores legales otorgan expresamente el consentimiento para la obtención y difusión de fotografías y datos personales en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la organización considere oportunos para la necesaria difusión del evento (clasificaciones, partidas, fotografías, vídeos, páginas web, publicidad, redes sociales, etc…).

Será responsabilidad de cada jugador el inscribirse correctamente. Igualmente, el participante tiene la obligación de comprobar sus datos en los listados que se publiquen (Byes, ELO, categoría, nombre, etc..).

No se permitirán análisis de partidas en la Sala de Juego.

Aquel jugador que, teniendo su partida en juego, sea sorprendido utilizando dispositivos electrónicos que permitan recibir algún tipo de ayuda ajedrecística (ordenadores, PDA o similares) serán expulsados inmediatamente de la competición, sin derecho a reembolso de cantidad alguna. Igualmente, en caso de sospecha, conllevará la expulsión negarse a cumplir los requerimientos arbitrales.

La planilla original es propiedad de la organización y obligación de los jugadores entregarla firmada y con el resultado correcto al árbitro al finalizar la partida.

Las decisiones del árbitro principal serán recurribles ante el comité de competición elegido entre los jugadores en la primera ronda. Para ello desde el momento de finalizar la partida dispondrá de 30 minutos para presentar su escrito de reclamación al Árbitro Principal o director del Torneo (el que esté presente), pagando una fianza de 100,00 € que le será devuelta en el caso de que su reclamación prospere.

Si es necesaria la resolución de alguna reclamación, la organización podrá decidir si se realiza el emparejamiento antes o después de dicha resolución, con lo cual posteriormente dicho emparejamiento no sería modificado, pero sí el resultado de la partida o partidas recurridas.

Para lo no previsto en las presentes bases, este torneo se regirá por la reglamentación en vigor de la FIDE y FEDA.

La participación en el Torneo implica el conocimiento y la aceptación de las presentes bases de juego.
ORGANIZATION:
The organizing entity is the Social and Therapeutic Chess Association of the Valencian Community , with the collaboration of the Cap Negret Hotel.
GAME SYSTEM AND SCHEDULE:
Participants will be divided into two groups:
• A: Over 50 years old. Born in 1973 or previous years.
• B: Over 65 years old. Born in 1958 or earlier years.
Participants will be assigned to the corresponding group based on their date of birth.
Both tournaments will be played at the same venue and times.
Swiss system to 8 rounds.
The pace of play will be as follows: 90 minutes per player for the entire game, at the flag drop, with an increase of 30 seconds per move from the first move.
The tolerance for arriving late to a game is 15 minutes.

(*) For the purposes of the Buchholz calculation, the virtual opponent will be used in games not played.
OTHER ASPECTS
For the preparation of the initial list, as well as for the prizes, the ELO FIDE STANDARD list of November 2023 will be taken into account.
A non-appearance will result in elimination from the tournament unless this non-appearance is duly justified. If the failure occurs in the last round, the player will not be eligible for any prize.
Electronic devices not specifically approved by the referee will be prohibited in the playing room. It will be allowed in the game room as long as it is turned off at all times and in a bag that must remain in the game room, even if the player is absent. A cell phone that emits a sound, beeps, alarms, is used or is turned on will result in the loss of the game.
The referee team will not be responsible for storing mobile phones.
Smoking (or vaping), consuming food, or having drinks that do not have a cap to avoid spills is not permitted in the gaming room. Smoking is also prohibited throughout the hotel grounds.
Participants will not be able to leave the game room without the consent of the referee.
It will be necessary to be at the awards ceremony to be eligible for them.
The tournament participants, companions and legal guardians expressly grant consent to obtain and disseminate photographs and personal data in the different media that the organization considers appropriate for the necessary dissemination of the event (classifications, games, photographs, videos, pages website, advertising, social networks, etc…).
It will be the responsibility of each player to register correctly. Likewise, the participant has the obligation to check their data in the lists that are published (Byes, ELO, category, name, etc.).
Game analysis will not be allowed in the Game Room.
Any player who, having his game in play, is caught using electronic devices that allow him to receive any type of chess assistance (computers, PDA or similar) will be immediately expelled from the competition, without the right to a refund of any amount. Likewise, in case of suspicion, refusing to comply with the arbitration requirements will lead to expulsion.
The original scoresheet is the property of the organization and the players are obliged to deliver it signed and with the correct result to the referee at the end of the game.
The decisions of the main referee will be appealable before the competition committee chosen from among the players in the first round. To do this, from the moment the game ends you will have 30 minutes to present your claim to the Main Referee or Tournament Director (whoever is present), paying a deposit of €100.00 which will be returned to you in the event that your claim succeeds.
If the resolution of any claim is necessary, the organization may decide whether the pairing is made before or after said resolution, with which subsequently said pairing would not be modified, but the result of the contested game or games would be modified.
For anything not provided for in these rules, this tournament will be governed by the regulations in force of FIDE and FEDA.
Participation in the Tournament implies knowledge and acceptance of these game rules.
