Ritmo de juego: 90 minutos + 30 segundos

Sistema de juego: Round Robin a 1 vuelta. El torneo es válido para ELO FIDE STANDARD y norma de MI ó MIW.

Habrá un Cerrado “A” con candidatos FEDA a norma y 3 MI (o GM) y la posibilidad de un segundo Cerrado “B” si a fecha 29 de noviembre se cuenta con la cantidad de candidatos, banderas y MI (ó GM) suficientes.

Se establece el plazo de formulación de solicitud de inscripción para los aspirantes hasta el 28 de noviembre, mediante email a: estupendoenfant@gmail.com o info@ajedrezdiagonal.es
O mediante WhatsApp al 652 609 261 ó 600 045 002.

El domingo 30 de noviembre se publicarán los aspirantes seleccionados, teniendo hasta el día 8 de diciembre para realizar el pago.

Siendo el criterio de selección el mayor ELO FIDE disponible. La Organización se reserva 2 plazas de aspirante para promocionar jugadores de Madrid o del Club que por su trayectoria merezca participar aunque haya aspirantes con mayor ELO FIDE disponible entre los preinscritos.

En todo momento se publicará todos los jugadores que hayan cursado su solicitud de preinscripción para hacer lo más transparente posible todo el proceso de selección.

El sorteo se realizará una vez hayan pagado todos los aspirantes. El sorteo lo realizará el árbitro de forma pública o grabado en vídeo.

Mediante ingreso o transferencia a la cuenta: ES66 2100 5522 7602 0014 4651, indicando en el concepto el nombre del jugador. Entre el 1 y el 8 de diciembre de 2025.

______BASES______

• Se establece la regla de Sofía: prohibición de oferta de tablas antes de la jugada 30. Ante casos excepcionales se requerirá la presencia y aceptación del árbitro principal.
• Para la confección del listado inicial se tomará en cuenta el listado de ELO FIDE STANDARD de diciembre de 2025.
• Se establece un tiempo de cortesía de 30 minutos. El árbitro principal tendrá la potestad de no determinar la partida como perdida si transcurre este tiempo.
• Las incomparecencias serán castigadas de forma adecuada y conjunta entre la organización y el equipo arbitral, teniendo en cuenta sus causas y consecuencias para terceros.
• No se podrán solicitar BYES.
• Estarán prohibidos los dispositivos electrónicos no aprobados específicamente por el árbitro en la sala de juego. Se permitirá su tenencia en la sala de juego siempre que esté apagado en todo momento y en una bolsa que deberá permanecer en la sala de juego, aunque el jugador se ausente. Un móvil que emita un sonido, pitido, alarma, se use o esté encendido implicará la pérdida de la partida.
• Los participantes no podrán abandonar la sala de juego sin el consentimiento del árbitro.
• Los participantes deberán salir de la sala de juego al finalizar su partida.
• Los participantes del torneo, acompañantes y tutores legales otorgan expresamente el consentimiento para la obtención y difusión de fotografías y datos personales en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la organización considere oportunos para la necesaria difusión del evento (clasificaciones, partidas, fotografías, vídeos, páginas web, publicidad, redes sociales, etc…).
• La participación en el Torneo implica el conocimiento y la aceptación de las presentes bases de juego.
• El incumplimiento de las mismas puede acarrear la pérdida de alguna partida o incluso la expulsión del Torneo, así como la pérdida de cualquier derecho y la devolución de cualquier importe de inscripción que el jugador hubiese podido abonar.
• Será responsabilidad de cada jugador el inscribirse correctamente. Igualmente, el participante tiene la obligación de comprobar sus datos en los listados que se publiquen (ELO, categoría, nombre, etc..).
• No se permitirán análisis de partidas en la Sala de Juego.
• El equipo arbitral no se hará cargo de guardar teléfonos móviles.
• Aquel jugador que, teniendo su partida en juego, sea sorprendido utilizando dispositivos electrónicos que permitan recibir algún tipo de ayuda ajedrecística (ordenadores, PDA o similares) serán expulsados inmediatamente de la competición, sin derecho a reembolso de cantidad alguna. Igualmente, en caso de sospecha, conllevará la expulsión negarse a cumplir los requerimientos arbitrales.
• Las jugadas se anotarán de forma tan clara y legible como sea posible, anotación algebraica. Se recuerda que con este ritmo de juego no se puede dejar de anotar en ningún momento.
• La planilla original es propiedad de la organización y obligación de los jugadores entregarla firmada y con el resultado correcto al árbitro al finalizar la partida.
• Para lo no previsto en las presentes bases, este torneo se regirá por la reglamentación en vigor de la FIDE y FEDA.
• Las decisiones del árbitro principal serán recurribles ante el comité de competición elegido entre los jugadores en la primera ronda.
• Para ello desde el momento de finalizar la partida dispondrá de 30 minutos para presentar su escrito de reclamación al Árbitro Principal o director del Torneo (el que esté presente), pagando una fianza de 60,00 € que le será devuelta en el caso de que su reclamación prospere.
• Si es necesaria la resolución de alguna reclamación, la organización podrá decidir si se realiza el emparejamiento antes o después de dicha resolución, con lo cual posteriormente dicho emparejamiento no sería modificado, pero sí el resultado de la partida o partidas recurridas
• RESERVADOS DERECHO DE ADMISIÓN.

______NORMAS DE HIGIENE Y PROTECCIÓN CONTRA LA COVID19______

• Actualmente no existe ninguna restricción, no obstante esta circunstancia puede cambiar y en ese caso se regirá por el PROTOCOLO de la FMA, la FEDA y la Comunidad de Madrid.

Tournament format: Single Round Robin. The tournament is valid for ELO FIDE STANDARD and IM, WIM standards.

There will be a Closed “A” with FEDA candidates to standard and 3 MI (or GM) and the possibility of a second Closed “B” if by November 29th there are enough candidates, flags and MI (or GM).

The deadline for the submission of registration requests for applicants is set until November 28th, by email to: estupendoenfant@gmail.com or info@ajedrezdiagonal.es or by WhatsApp to 652 609 261 or 600 045 002.

On Sunday, November 30th, the selected applicants will be published, having until December 8th to make the payment.

The selection criterion being the highest FIDE ELO available. The Organization reserves 2 places for applicants to promote players from Madrid or the Club who, due to their career, deserve to participate even if there are applicants with a higher FIDE ELO available among those pre-registered.

At all times, all players who have submitted their pre-registration request will be published to make the entire selection process as transparent as possible.

The draw will take place once all applicants have paid. The draw will be carried out by the referee in public or recorded on video.

______BASES______

• The Sofia rule is established: prohibition of offering a draw before move 30. In exceptional cases, the presence and acceptance of the main arbiter will be required.
• To prepare the initial list, the FIDE STANDARD ELO list of December 2025 will be taken into account.
• A courtesy time of 30 minutes is established. The main arbiter will have the power not to determine the game as lost if this time elapses.
• Non-appearances will be punished appropriately and jointly by the organization and the refereeing team, taking into account their causes and consequences for third parties.
• Sto BYES cannot be requested.
• Electronic devices not specifically approved by the arbiter will be prohibited in the playing room. It will be allowed in the game room as long as it is turned off at all times and in a bag that must remain in the tournament room, even if the player is absent. A cell phone that emits a sound, beeps, alarms, is used or is turned on will result in the loss of the game.
• Participants will not be able to leave the tournament room without the arbiter's consent.
• Participants must leave the tournament room at the end of their game.
• It will be necessary to be at the awards ceremony to be eligible for them.
• The tournament participants, companions and legal guardians grant consent to obtain and share photographs and personal data in the different media that the organization considers appropriate for the necessary publicity of the event (classifications, games, photographs, videos, web pages, advertising, social networks, etc…).
• Participation in the Tournament implies knowledge and acceptance of these game rules.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in the loss of a game or even expulsion from the Tournament, as well as the loss of any right to a prize and the return of any registration amount that the player may have paid.
• It will be the responsibility of each player to register correctly. Likewise, the participant has the obligation to check his/her data in the lists that are published (Byes, ELO, category, name, etc.).
• Game analysis will not be allowed in the tournament room.
• The arbiter team will not be responsible for storing mobile phones.
• Any player who, while playing a game, is caught using electronic devices that allow them to receive any type of chess assistance (computers, PDA or similar) will be immediately expelled from the competition, without the right to a refund of any amount. Likewise, in case of suspicion, refusing to comply with the arbitration requirements will lead to expulsion.
• The original scoresheet is the property of the organization and the players are obliged to deliver it signed and with the correct result to the arbiter at the end of the game.
• For anything not provided for in these rules, this tournament will be governed by the regulations of FIDE and FEDA.
• The decisions of the main arbiter will be appealable before the competition committee chosen from among the players in the first round.
• To do this, from the moment the game ends you will have 30 minutes to present your claim to the Main arbiter or Tournament Director (whoever is present), paying a deposit of €60.00 which will be returned in the case of that your claim succeeds.
• If the resolution of any claim is necessary, the organization may decide whether the pairing is made before or after said resolution, with which subsequently said pairing would not be modified, but the result of the contested game or games would be modified.
• RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED.


______ HYGIENE AND PROTECTION RULES AGAINST COVID19 ______

• Currently there are no restrictions, however this circumstance may change and in that case it will be governed by the PROTOCOL of the FMA, the FEDA and the Community of Madrid.
