SISTEMA DE JUEGO:
Estos torneos cerrados están dirigidos a jugadores en grupos élite de la FEDA y jugadores con gran proyección de la FMA. Habrá plazas abiertas también a candidatos que cumplan determinados requisitos de titulación y ELO.
El torneo se disputará por sistema liga (round robin) a 1 vuelta. El torneo es válido para ELO FIDE Estándar y normas.
Habrá un Cerrado “A” válido para normas de GM, IM, WGM y WIM y un Cerrado “B” válido para normas de IM, WGM y WIM.

INSCRIPCIÓN:
Se establece el plazo de formulación de solicitud de inscripción para los aspirantes hasta el viernes 20 de noviembre, mediante email a: estupendoenfant@gmail.com o info@ajedrezdiagonal.es; o mediante WhatsApp al 652 609 261 ó 600 045 002.
El domingo 22 de noviembre se publicarán los aspirantes seleccionados, teniendo hasta el día 29 de noviembre para realizar el pago.
El criterio de selección será el de mayor ELO FIDE disponible. La Organización se reserva 2 plazas de aspirante para promocionar jugadores de Madrid o del Club que por su trayectoria merezcan participar, aunque haya aspirantes con mayor ELO FIDE disponible entre los preinscritos.
En todo momento se publicará todos los jugadores que hayan cursado su solicitud de preinscripción para hacer lo más transparente posible todo el proceso de selección.
El sorteo se realizará una vez hayan pagado todos los aspirantes. El sorteo lo realizará el Árbitro de forma pública o grabado en vídeo.
El coste de inscripción para los aspirantes será de 400 € para el gupo A-GM y de 250 € para el grupo B-IM. Se deberá hacer mediante ingreso o transferencia a la cuenta bancaria ES66 2100 5522 7602 0014 4651 (titular: Club Deportivo Elemental Diagonal Alcorcón) indicando en el concepto “III Cerrado Diagonal + Nombre completo del jugador”. Es conveniente adjuntar justificante del pago por correo electrónico. El pago deberá realizarse entre el 23 y el 29 de noviembre de 2026.

BASES:
• Se establece la regla de Sofía por lo que está prohibido ofrecer o aceptar tablas antes de que ambos jugadores hayan realizado 30 jugadas. Ante casos excepcionales se requerirá la presencia y aceptación del Árbitro Principal.
• Para la confección del listado inicial, así como para los premios por tramo de ELO se tomará en cuenta el listado de ELO FIDE STANDARD de diciembre de 2026.
• Se establece un tiempo de cortesía de 30 minutos. Pasado dicho tiempo el jugador perderá la partida salvo que el Árbitro Principal decida otra cosa.
• Una incomparecencia supondrá la eliminación del torneo a no ser que esta incomparecencia esté debidamente justificada. Si la incomparecencia se produce en la última ronda el jugador o jugadora no optará a ningún premio. En cualquier caso, dos incomparecencias supondrán la eliminación del torneo.
• En ningún caso se puede aplazar ninguna partida ni variar el calendario de juego previsto. En caso de fuerza mayor y debidamente justificada la organización puede considerar el alterar esta norma y proponer a los contendientes alguna alternativa que para seguir adelante deberá ser aceptada por todos los jugadores implicados.
• Estarán prohibidos los dispositivos electrónicos no aprobados específicamente por el Ärbitro en la sala de juego. Se permitirá su tenencia en la sala de juego siempre que esté apagado en todo momento y en una bolsa que deberá permanecer en la sala de juego, aunque el jugador se ausente. Un móvil que emita un sonido, pitido, alarma, se use o esté encendido implicará la pérdida de la partida.
• Los participantes no podrán abandonar la sala de juego sin el consentimiento del Árbitro.
• Los participantes deberán salir de la sala de juego al finalizar su partida.
• Será necesario estar en la entrega de premios para poder optar a ellos.
• La participación en el Torneo implica el conocimiento y la aceptación de las presentes bases de juego.
• El incumplimiento de las mismas puede acarrear la pérdida de alguna partida o incluso la expulsión del Torneo, así como la pérdida de cualquier derecho a premio y la devolución de cualquier importe de inscripción que el jugador hubiese podido abonar.
• Será responsabilidad de cada jugador el inscribirse correctamente. Igualmente, el participante tiene la obligación de comprobar sus datos en los listados que se publiquen (Byes, ELO, categoría, nombre, etc..).
• No se permitirán análisis de partidas en la Sala de Juego.
• El equipo arbitral no se hará cargo de guardar teléfonos móviles.
• Aquel jugador que, teniendo su partida en juego, sea sorprendido utilizando dispositivos electrónicos que permitan recibir algún tipo de ayuda ajedrecística (ordenadores, PDA o similares) serán expulsados inmediatamente de la competición, sin derecho a reembolso de cantidad alguna. Igualmente, en caso de sospecha, conllevará la expulsión negarse a cumplir los requerimientos arbitrales.
• Las jugadas se anotarán de forma tan clara y legible como sea posible, en anotación algebraica. Se recuerda que con este ritmo de juego no se puede dejar de anotar en ningún momento.
• La planilla original es propiedad de la organización y obligación de los jugadores entregarla firmada y con el resultado correcto al Árbitro al finalizar la partida.
• Para lo no previsto en las presentes bases, este torneo se regirá por la reglamentación en vigor de la FIDE y FEDA.
• Las decisiones del Árbitro Principal serán recurribles ante el comité de competición. Este comité será elegido entre los jugadores en la primera ronda. Para ello, el jugador dispondrá de 30 minutos tras finalizar su partida para presentar su escrito de reclamación al Árbitro Principal o director del Torneo (el que esté presente), pagando una fianza de 60,00 € que le será devuelta en el caso de que su reclamación prospere.
• Si es necesaria la resolución de alguna reclamación, la organización podrá decidir si se realiza el emparejamiento antes o después de dicha resolución, con lo cual posteriormente dicho emparejamiento no sería modificado, pero sí el resultado de la partida o partidas recurridas.
• Los participantes del torneo, acompañantes y tutores legales otorgan expresamente el consentimiento para la obtención y difusión de fotografías y datos personales en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la organización considere oportunos para la necesaria difusión del evento (clasificaciones, partidas, fotografías, vídeos, páginas web, publicidad, redes sociales, etc…).
• Las presentes bases pueden ser modificadas por razones de fuerza mayor, temas técnicos o simplemente por el bien de la competición. La versión definitiva de las Bases será la versión en castellano expuesta en la sala de juego.

TOURNAMENT SYSTEM:
These closed tournaments are aimed at players in FEDA elite groups and players with strong potential from the FMA. Places will also be available to candidates who meet certain title and ELO requirements.
The tournament will be played as a single round-robin. The tournament is valid for FIDE Standard rating and title norms.
There will be a Closed “A”, valid for GM, IM, WGM and WIM norms, and a Closed “B”, valid for IM, WGM and WIM norms.

REGISTRATION:
Candidates may submit their registration applications until Friday, 20 November, by email to estupendoenfant@gmail.com or info@ajedrezdiagonal.es, or via WhatsApp at 652 609 261 or 600 045 002.
The selected candidates will be announced on Sunday, 22 November, and will have until 29 November to make the payment.
The selection criterion will be the highest available FIDE rating. The Organizing Committee reserves 2 candidate places to promote players from Madrid or from the Club whose record merits participation, even if pre-registered candidates with a higher available FIDE rating exist.
At all times, all players who have submitted a pre-registration application will be published in order to make the selection process as transparent as possible.
The draw will take place once all candidates have paid. The draw will be conducted by the Arbiter publicly or recorded on video.
The entry fee for candidates is €400 for Group A-GM and €250 for Group B-IM. Payment must be made by bank deposit or transfer to account ES66 2100 5522 7602 0014 4651 (account holder: Club Deportivo Elemental Diagonal Alcorcon), stating “III Cerrado Diagonal + Player’s full name” in the payment reference. It is advisable to attach proof of payment by email. Payment must be made between 23 and 29 November 2026.

REGULATIONS:
• Se establece la regla de Sofía por lo que está prohibido ofrecer o aceptar tablas The Sofia Rule applies, and therefore players are prohibited from offering or accepting a draw before both players have completed 30 moves. In exceptional cases, the presence and approval of the Chief Arbiter will be required.
• The FIDE STANDARD rating list of December 2026 will be used to establish the initial ranking and for the ELO category prizes.
• A 30-minute grace period applies. After this time, the player will lose the game unless the Chief Arbiter decides otherwise.
• A no-show will result in elimination from the tournament unless it is duly justified. If the no-show occurs in the final round, the player will not be eligible for any prize. In any event, two no-shows will result in elimination from the tournament.
• Under no circumstances may a game be postponed or the scheduled playing calendar changed. In the event of duly justified force majeure, the Organizing Committee may consider changing this rule and propose an alternative to the players concerned, which must be accepted by all players involved in order to proceed.
• Electronic devices not specifically approved by the Chief Arbiter are prohibited in the playing hall. Players may have such devices in the playing hall provided that they remain switched off at all times and are kept in a bag, which must remain in the playing hall even when the player leaves. A mobile phone that makes a sound, beep or alarm, is used, or is switched on will result in loss of the game.
• Participants may not leave the playing area without the Arbiter’s permission.
• Participants must leave the playing area when they have finished their game.
• Players must be present at the prize-giving ceremony in order to be eligible for prizes.
• Participation in the Tournament implies knowledge and acceptance of these regulations.
• Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the loss of a game or even expulsion from the Tournament, as well as the loss of any right to a prize and the forfeiture of any entry fee paid by the player.
• Each player is responsible for registering correctly. Participants are also required to check their details in the published lists (byes, ELO, category, name, etc.).
• Game analysis is not permitted in the playing area.
• The Arbiter team will not be responsible for storing mobile phones.
• Any player who, while their game is in progress, is found using electronic devices that allow them to receive any kind of chess assistance (computers, PDAs or similar devices) will be immediately expelled from the competition, without any right to a refund. Likewise, in the event of suspicion, refusal to comply with the Arbiter’s instructions will result in expulsion.
• Moves must be recorded as clearly and legibly as possible, using algebraic notation. Players are reminded that, with this time control, they may not stop recording moves at any point.
• The original scoresheet is the property of the Organizing Committee, and players are required to hand it to the arbiter, signed and with the correct result, at the end of the game.
• Any matter not covered by these regulations shall be governed by the FIDE and FEDA regulations in force.
• Decisions of the Chief Arbiter may be appealed to the Appeals Committee. This committee will be elected from among the players during the first round. A player has 30 minutes after finishing their game to submit a written appeal to the Chief Arbiter or Tournament Director (whichever is present), together with a €60 deposit, which will be refunded if the appeal is upheld.
• If an appeal needs to be resolved, the Organizing Committee may decide whether the pairings are made before or after the decision. In such a case, the pairing will subsequently not be changed, although the result of the appealed game or games may be changed.
• Tournament participants, accompanying persons and legal guardians expressly consent to the taking and publication of photographs and personal data through the various media that the Organizing Committee considers appropriate for the necessary promotion of the event (standings, games, photographs, videos, websites, advertising, social media, etc.).
• These regulations may be amended for reasons of force majeure, technical issues, or simply in the interests of the competition. The definitive version of the Regulations shall be the Spanish version displayed in the playing hall.
