BASES

1º.- LUGAR: ASOCIACIÓN DE VECINOS “EL CRUCE”, AVD. CONSTITUCIÓN Nº 32. 29670 San Pedro Alcántara.

2º.- INICIO: El torneo dará comienzo el SÁBADO 1 de JUNIO del 2019. Hora a las 10.00 horas. Siendo la confirmación a las 09.15 horas. INSCRIPCIÓN 5 €.
3º.- HORARIOS:
- SÁBADO 1 de JUNIO del 2019, en la ASOCIACIÓN DE VECINOS “EL CRUCE”.

4º.- CIRCUNSTANCIAS ESPECIALES:
Las decisiones del Árbitro son inapelables.

5º.- SISTEMA DE JUEGO:
El sistema de juego será el Suizo a 7 rondas.
6º.- RITMO DE JUEGO:
El ritmo de Juego será de 15 Minutos por jugador.

7º.- BASES: Las de la F.I.D.E para ritmo de torneo.

8º.- EMPAREJAMIENTOS: Se usará programa VEGA. Siendo el emparejamiento inapelable.
9º.- NORMAS: -Ausentarse a 2 partidas supondrá la eliminación del torneo excepto que la organización las considere causas justificadas. Demorarse a la partida 15 minutos conlleva la pérdida de la misma.

10º.- SISTEMAS DE DESEMPATE:
Sistema de desempate será Bucholz –1, Mayor Perfonance. 11º.- COMITÉ DE COMPETICIÓN:
