A las 10:00 del domingo 03/12/2023 comenzará la VII edición de este torneo novedoso, incluido en el "circuito EUROACE", donde los participantes están rodeados de queso artesano que podrán degustar mientras juegan al ajedrez.
Torneo pionero en el mundo donde hay un juego de palabras en versión inglesa "Chess and Cheese", ajedrez y queso.
Está integrado como una de las actividades principales de la feria del queso artesano celebrado en Zafra, "la ciudad del ajedrez", cuna de Ruy López, este año es la séptima edición donde los ganadores han sido:
