Todos los participantes con bandera FIDE ESP, deberán tener licencia federativa en vigor para el año 2025.
Inscripción mediante mail: torneos@ajedrezdiagonal.es, indicando nombre del jugador, fecha de nacimiento, ID FIDE, club y número de teléfono móvil. La inscripción se formalizará una vez la organización reciba el pago de la inscripción en la cuenta bancaria: ES66 2100 5522 7602 0014 4651, indicando en el concepto el nombre del jugador. Es conveniente adjuntar justificante del pago escaneado en el email.
Se admitirán inscripciones hasta el día 3 de enero de 2025 a las 14:00 horas.

Los premios no son acumulables. En caso de que un jugador opte a más de un premio se entregará el de mayor valor. Si el valor de los premios es igual se entregarán por el orden que aparecen en las bases. Para las categorías especiales deberá haber un mínimo de 4 jugadores que opten a dicha categoría.
______BASES______
• Para la confección del listado inicial así como para los premios se tomará en cuenta el listado de ELO FIDE RAPID de enero de 2026. Si un jugador no tiene ELO FIDE RAPID se usará su ELO FIDE STANDARD.
• Se establece un tiempo de espera de 10 minutos.
• Una incomparecencia supondrá la eliminación del torneo a no ser que esta incomparecencia esté debidamente justificada. si la incomparecencia se produce en la última ronda el jugador o jugadora no optará a ningún premio.
• Estarán prohibidos los dispositivos electrónicos no aprobados específicamente por el árbitro en la sala de juego. Se permitirá su tenencia en la sala de juego siempre que esté apagado en todo momento y en una bolsa que deberá permanecer en la sala de juego, aunque el jugador se ausente. Un móvil que emita un sonido, pitido, alarma, se use o esté encendido implicará la pérdida de la partida.
• Los participantes no podrán abandonar la sala de juego sin el consentimiento del árbitro.
• Los participantes deberán salir de la sala de juego al finalizar su partida.
• Será necesario estar en la entrega de premios para poder optar a ellos.
• Los participantes del torneo, acompañantes y tutores legales otorgan expresamente el consentimiento para la obtención y difusión de fotografías y datos personales en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la organización considere oportunos para la necesaria difusión del evento (clasificaciones, partidas, fotografías, vídeos, páginas web, publicidad, redes sociales, etc…).
• La participación en el Torneo implica el conocimiento y la aceptación de las presentes bases de juego.
• El incumplimiento de las mismas puede acarrear la pérdida de alguna partida o incluso la expulsión del Torneo, así como la pérdida de cualquier derecho a premio y la devolución de cualquier importe de inscripción que el jugador hubiese podido abonar.
• Será responsabilidad de cada jugador el inscribirse correctamente. Igualmente, el participante tiene la obligación de comprobar sus datos en los listados que se publiquen (Byes, ELO, categoría, nombre, etc..).
• No se permitirán análisis de partidas en la Sala de Juego.
• El equipo arbitral no se hará cargo de guardar teléfonos móviles.
• Aquel jugador que, teniendo su partida en juego, sea sorprendido utilizando dispositivos electrónicos que permitan recibir algún tipo de ayuda ajedrecística (ordenadores, PDA o similares) serán expulsados inmediatamente de la competición, sin derecho a reembolso de cantidad alguna. Igualmente, en caso de sospecha, conllevará la expulsión negarse a cumplir los requerimientos arbitrales.
• Para lo no previsto en las presentes bases, este torneo se regirá por la reglamentación en vigor de la FIDE y FEDA.
• Las decisiones del árbitro inapelables.

Registration by email: torneos@ajedrezdiagonal.es, indicating the player's name, date of birth, FIDE ID, club and mobile phone number. Registration will be formalized once the organization receives the payment of the registration in the bank account: ES66 2100 5522 7602 0014 4651, indicating the name of the player in the concept. It is advisable to attach a scanned proof of payment in the email.
Registrations will be accepted until January 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

Prizes cannot be combined. If a player applies for more than one prize, the prize with the highest value will be awarded. If the value of the prizes is equal, they will be awarded in the order in which they appear in the rules. For special categories, there must be a minimum of 4 players applying for that category.
______BASES______
• The FIDE RAPID ELO list for January 2026 will be taken into account for the preparation of the initial list as well as for the prizes. If a player does not have a FIDE RAPID ELO, his FIDE STANDARD ELO will be used.
• A waiting time of 10 minutes is established.
• A non-appearance will result in elimination from the tournament unless this non-appearance is duly justified. If the non-appearance occurs in the last round, the player will not be eligible for any prize.
• Electronic devices not specifically approved by the arbiter will be prohibited in the game room. They will be allowed in the game room as long as they are turned off at all times and in a bag that must remain in the game room, even if the player is absent. A mobile phone that emits a sound, beeps, alarm, is used or is on will result in the loss of the game.
• Participants may not leave the game room without the consent of the arbiter.
• Participants must leave the game room at the end of their game.
• It will be necessary to be present at the prize-giving ceremony to be eligible for the prizes.
• Tournament participants, companions and legal guardians expressly give their consent for the obtaining and dissemination of photographs and personal data in the different media that the organization considers appropriate for the necessary dissemination of the event (rankings, games, photographs, videos, web pages, advertising, social networks, etc.).
• Participation in the Tournament implies knowledge and acceptance of these game rules.
• Failure to comply with them may result in the loss of a game or even expulsion from the Tournament, as well as the loss of any right to a prize and the return of any registration fee that the player may have paid.
• It is the responsibility of each player to register correctly. Likewise, the participant is obliged to check his/her data in the lists that are published (Byes, ELO, category, name, etc.).
• Analysis of games will not be allowed in the Game Room.
• The arbiter team will not be responsible for keeping mobile phones.
• Any player who, while playing his/her game, is caught using electronic devices that allow receiving any type of chess help (computers, PDAs or similar) will be immediately expelled from the competition, without the right to reimbursement of any amount. Likewise, in case of suspicion, refusal to comply with the arbiter's requests will lead to expulsion.
• For anything not provided for in these rules, this tournament will be governed by the regulations in force of FIDE and FEDA.
• The arbiter's decisions are final.
