SUMMARY RULES

BYES: 3 ½ point byes will be allowed except for the last three rounds. Byes will only be requested from the tournament arbiter.

Byes for round 1 only to the tournament arbiter email vicent(arroba)ajedrezcullera.org .  The rest will be requested up to 1 hour after starting the round, in the game room using the corresponding form. All byes can be requested before starting the tournament.

The bye will only be valid if affirmative confirmation is received from the arbiter. Byes are not processed at the FACV offices and the participant is solely responsible for checking whether said request has reached the referee and has been attended to.

Byes may not be granted to invited players with conditions.

Default time time: 30 minutes from official start time

Prizes are paid by bank transfer and are subject to personal income tax withholding in accordance with current legislation. Players will deliver the documentation regarding payments to the FACV BEFORE 7 CALENDAR DAYS from the end date of the tournament or, otherwise, THE PRIZES WILL EXPIRE.

In the game room, it will not be permitted to consume food or have drinks that do not have a cap to prevent spills.

The first three in the general classification must be present at the closing. Failure to comply with this requirement may mean losing the rights to the prize.

RESUMEN DE LAS BASES

BYES: Se admitirán 3 byes de ½ punto a excepción de las tres últimas rondas. Sólo se solicitarán los byes al árbitro del torneo.

Byes para la ronda 1 sólo al e-mail el árbitro del torneo.  El resto se solicitarán hasta 1 hora después de haber iniciado la ronda, en la sala de juego mediante el impreso correspondiente. Se pueden solicitar la totalidad de byes antes de iniciar el torneo.

El bye sólo será válido si se recibe confirmación afirmativa por parte del árbitro. Los byes no se tramitan en las oficinas de la FACV y el participante es el único responsable de comprobar si dicha solicitud ha llegado al árbitro y ha sido atendida.

Los byes podrán no otorgase a jugadores invitados con condiciones.

Los participantes con bandera FIDE por España han de estar federados. Los participantes con bandera FIDE diferente a ESP han de poseer código FIDE.

Los premios se abonan mediante transferencia bancaria y están sujetos a retención de IRPF conforme la legislación vigente. Los jugadores entregarán la documentación referente a pagos a la FACV ANTES DE 7 DÍAS NATURALES desde la fecha de finalización del torneo o, de lo contrario, LOS PREMIOS CADUCARÁN.

En la categoría Veterano+50 pueden optar premio los jugadores nacidos en 1974 y anteriores.

Al premio local optan los federados en el C.A. La Nucía y los empadronados en el municipio. En el caso de estar empadronado, es necesario comunicarlo a la organización antes del inicio del torneo para poder ser considerado para el posible premio.

Las categorías por tramos de ELO son abiertas. Es decir, todos los jugadores de su tramo pueden optar a los tramos superiores. (Sub-1700 sí opta a Sub-2000 etc…)

DESEMPATES:
1º Mayor cantidad de partidas elegidas para jugar. (GE)
2º Buchholz FIDE menos el peor resultado (Baku 2023)
3° ...

En la sala de juego no estará permitido consumir alimentos ni tener bebidas que no dispongan de tapón para evitar derrames.

Los tres primeros de la clasificación general deberán estar presentes en la clausura, salvo causa de fuerza mayor debidamente anunciada previamente y cuya justificación fuera aceptada por la organización. No cumplir con este requisito puede suponer perder los derechos a premio.
